Do we need to be in the same city?

Not at all. We work with clients all over the US by video, phone and a secure shared portal. If you’re in Raleigh, we’re always happy to meet for coffee.

What can a virtual assistant take off my plate?

Anything that repeats: email, scheduling, client onboarding, invoices, travel, research, social posts and data entry. Our free Delegation Starter List has 60 ideas.

Is my information safe with you?

Yes. Two-factor sign-in everywhere, a password manager, an NDA with every client and full insurance. We ask for read-only bank access whenever we can.

How do we work together day to day?

A shared board in Asana or Notion, a quick weekly check-in and replies within one business day (same day on the 40-hour plan).

Is there a contract?

Month to month. If it isn’t working, give us 30 days’ notice and we’ll hand everything back neatly, logins and all.
