Let's talk

with Tessa Lindqvist: Fieldnote : Calm, practical coaching for women who want a business that pays well and still leaves room to breathe.

Slower mornings, Clearer offers, Better-paid work, Room to breathe

What I do

I help thoughtful women build a business that is steady, well paid and kind to the person running it.

You are good at your work and people keep coming back. What you don’t have is time, a clear head or a bank balance that matches the effort. Together we tidy your offers, set prices you can say out loud and build a week you’d choose on purpose. No shouting, no hustle, no pretending to be someone you’re not.

See how I can help

Pick the pace that suits the season you’re in

Some seasons call for a steady companion, others for one clear day and a plan. Every way of working with me comes with the same things: honest numbers, a simple next step and someone who remembers what you said last time.

Not sure? Let’s talk

Less noise, More of the right work, A week you chose, Prices you believe

Hello,
I’m Tessa

I spent twelve years as an operations lead for a growing design studio, quietly making other people’s big ideas work. When I left to work for myself, I found the hard part wasn’t the work. It was deciding what to charge, what to say no to and when to stop for the day.

Now I coach women who run small businesses and would like them to feel smaller in their heads and bigger in their bank accounts.

What I’m here for

To show that a small, calm business can pay as well as a loud one. Plain numbers, clear offers and a pace you can keep for years.

Who I work with

Makers, designers, writers, therapists and consultants who are booked, tired and ready to be paid properly for work they already do well.

Ways to work together

Compare every offer

Does this sound familiar?

If you nod at even one of these, we should probably talk.

The work is good and there is plenty of it, yet the numbers never match the hours. That isn’t a discipline problem. It’s a pricing and shape-of-the-week problem, and it’s the first thing we look at.

Perhaps you discount in your head, pad the quote with extras or put off sending the invoice. We’ll find where that comes from and replace it with a number you can say plainly.

A real holiday. Evenings that are yours. A diary you chose. We’ll build the offers, boundaries and few simple habits that make that possible.

You don’t need more motivation. You need one clear next step and someone who will ask how it went. That is what coaching is for.

Let’s talk it through

How I work

No hustle, no hype. Just honest numbers and one step at a time

I won’t hand you a ten-step formula or tell you to post three times a day. We look at what is true in your business, decide what matters this month and do that. I bring the questions, the spreadsheets and the steady voice. You bring the business you already built.

Kind words

  • “I finally run my studio instead of it running me.”

I came to Tessa undercharging and worn out. Four months on I have raised my prices twice, let two difficult clients go and had my best quarter so far. I also take Fridays off.

  • “She listens, and then she asks the one question that matters.”

The Long Table gave me a plan and nine women who wouldn’t let me disappear. I opened my first group offer in week eight and every place went.

Ingrid S.Nutritionist · The Long Table
  • “One day with Tessa did more than a year on my own.”

I arrived with a notebook full of half ideas and left with three offers, three prices and a ninety-day plan. I’ve followed it to the letter since.

  • A one-page ninety-day plan

Free. One email a week after that, and you can leave whenever you like.

It’s on its way. This is a demo, so nothing was sent. On your own site, the guide goes straight to their inbox and they join your email list.
