Good questions
Before your first clean
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients give us a key, a door code or a lockbox. We keep keys coded and locked away, and we’ll text you when we arrive and when we leave.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes: every product and tool, including a vacuum and mop. We use plant-based products that are safe for kids and pets. If you’d like us to use yours, just leave them out.
What if I’m not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll come back and re-clean anything we missed, free.
Is it OK if I have pets?
Absolutely, we love them. Let us know about them when you book, and whether they should stay in or out of a room.
How do I pay, and should I tip?
We charge the card on file after each clean, so there’s nothing to leave out. Tips are never expected, but they always go 100% to your cleaner.
Can I skip or reschedule a clean?
Of course. Just let us know at least 48 hours ahead, by text or email, and we’ll move you to another day.
