Our policies

The small print, in plain words. It keeps every visit on time and every dog safe.

Your visit day

Regular plans get a set day of the week. We come at some point during that day, usually between 8 am and 3 pm.

If a holiday or storm moves your visit, we’ll text you the new day.

Please make sure we can get in: an unlocked gate, a code or a key in a lockbox. If we can’t get in, we’ll text you, and that visit is still charged.

We close and latch every gate we open, then check it again and send you a photo.

Friendly dogs can stay outside while we scoop. Please keep any dog who is nervous with strangers indoors during our visit.

We never give treats without your OK.

Regular plans are charged monthly to the card on file. One-time clean-ups are charged after the visit.

No contract. Pause or cancel any time with a text, at least two days before your next visit.

Missed a spot? Text us a photo within a day and we’ll come back and scoop it, free.

We scoop in light rain. In storms, lightning, ice or snow we move your visit to the next good day.
