For everyone
Accessibility Statement
Last updated October 4, 2026
Squareposh wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who browse with a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.
Last reviewed: October 4, 2026.
Our standard
We aim for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA (opens in a new tab), the standard most widely used to measure accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
What we have done
- Text and interface colors meet the WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone. A “Skip to content” link comes first, every link, button and field shows clearly when it has focus, and nothing traps the keyboard.
- Each page has one main heading, and its announcement bar, menu, main content and footer are marked as regions so screen readers can move between them.
- Form fields and buttons are labeled so screen readers can announce them.
- Meaningful images have text alternatives; purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Nothing on the site moves by itself. The photos at the top of the home page change only when you press the arrows, and the small fade-in effects are switched off when your device is set to reduce motion.
- Forms say what each field is for, support autofill, point you to a field that still needs filling in, and announce when a message has been sent.
- Pages reflow to fit narrow screens and can be zoomed to 400% without scrolling the page sideways.
- Buttons and links are large enough to press comfortably on a phone.
How we test
On October 4, 2026 we checked all 49 pages of this website, at computer and phone widths, with an automated tool (axe-core, WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA rules). It found no failures. We also went through the site by hand: using only a keyboard, with the page narrowed to the width of a 400% zoom, with reduced motion switched on, and by sending the contact form empty to hear what it reports. We repeat these checks whenever the site changes.
Automated tools and our own checks cannot catch everything. If you find something we missed, please tell us.
Known limitations
- On small screens, the row of templates and the row of Instagram posts on the home page are swiped or scrolled sideways. Every item in them can be reached with the keyboard, and all the templates are also listed on the Templates page.
- Our portfolio links to websites we built for clients. Those sites belong to our clients and are outside this statement.
- Portfolio screenshots are pictures of other websites. The text on each project page describes what the screenshots show.
- This review covers the public pages of squareposh.com. The signed-in areas (the website builder and customer accounts) were not part of this review.
