Hi, we’re Hip Hooray
A small balloon studio in Raleigh, North Carolina, making garlands, arches and banners for the days you’ll want to remember.
Our story
Hip Hooray started in 2019 at my kitchen table, with a hand pump, a bag of balloons and a first birthday to plan. The garland took me six hours. The photos got passed around, a neighbor asked for one, and then her sister did.
Today it’s a little studio with a van full of frames and more colors than I can count. I still design every install myself, and my husband and my mom still help on big Saturdays.
What hasn’t changed is why I do it: that moment when the birthday kid walks in and their whole face lights up.
