Our policies

The small print, in plain words, so there are no surprises on party day.

Booking & deposits

A 50% deposit saves your date. The balance is due three days before your event.

Your date isn’t held until the deposit is paid, and busy weekends book up to six weeks ahead.

You can change colors or sizes up to seven days before your event.

Deposits aren’t refundable, but if you cancel more than seven days ahead, we’ll move your deposit to a new date within six months.

We need access to the space at least two hours before your event, and a spot to unload close to the door.

Installs above 12 feet, or up several flights of stairs, may cost more. Tell us about your space when you ask for a quote.

Balloons and weather don’t always get along. Heat, sun, wind and rain can pop balloons or change how they look.

We use tougher balloons outdoors and set up as late as we can, but we can’t replace balloons lost to weather after we leave.

Frames, stands, backdrops and marquee numbers are rentals. Add take-down and we’ll collect them, or return them to our studio within two days.

Missing or damaged rentals are charged at replacement cost.

Balloons are a choking hazard for children under eight. Please supervise little ones and throw away broken balloons right away.

We never release balloons outdoors, and we ask our clients not to.
