The goal
Give a San Diego agent one site that works both sides of a deal. Buyers needed listings and real neighborhood detail, sellers needed a value on their own home, and both needed reasons to trust her before calling.
What it is
A Squarespace site for a San Diego real estate agent, with IDX listing feeds from San Diego MLS, a Homebot home value tool, five neighborhood guides, a Concierge services page and a page of client reviews.

We gave every neighborhood its own page and URL, La Jolla through Carlsbad, each with local area copy, census figures and its own listings feed. Page titles are unique and the guides cross link to each other.
What we built

- A Homebot home value tool that previews a value with no sign-up
- Neighborhood pages for La Jolla, Bankers Hill, Downtown, Encinitas and Carlsbad

- A Concierge page listing covered prep services, with no upfront cost to the seller
- Footer with both DRE license numbers and the San Diego MLS IDX disclaimer
