In person or online
Individual therapy
One-on-one therapy is a space that belongs only to you. Together we look at what’s weighing on you right now, the patterns underneath it, and the small, practical changes that help you feel more like yourself again.

What to expect
In our first sessions we listen more than we talk. We want to understand your story, your strengths and what you hope will be different. From there we build a plan together, and we check in on it often.
Sessions blend talking things through with tools you can use between sessions: ways to calm your body when anxiety spikes, to catch a spiral early, or to say the hard thing kindly. Many clients come weekly at first, then every other week as things settle.
You don’t need a diagnosis or a crisis to start. Plenty of people come simply because they’re tired of feeling stuck.
Often helpful for
Anxiety, burnout, low mood, life transitions, grief, self-worth and the patterns you’re ready to change
Questions
Good to know
How long does individual therapy take?
It depends on what brings you in. Some people come for eight to twelve sessions to work on something specific; others stay longer to go deeper. We’ll talk about progress openly and often.
Can I switch between in-person and online sessions?
Yes. Many clients mix both, for example online on busy weeks and in the office when they can.
