A therapy website template that helps people breathe easier

Warm, calm and built to earn trust. Visitors see the signs they may recognize, the ways you work and the areas you help with, meet each therapist, read your fees and insurance, and ask for a free consultation in a minute. Plus a one-minute breathing pause and the crisis information every practice site needs. Comes in clay, sage or mist.

What’s inside

Made for therapists, counselors, psychologists and small group practices.

  • A page for every specialty

Anxiety, trauma and EMDR, couples, burnout, perinatal care: each with what it can feel like, how you help and the approaches you use. Made for people searching for exactly that.

  • Therapist bios that feel human

A card and a page for each therapist: their story, focus, training, license and whether they are taking new clients.

  • Find your therapist

Visitors pick what they want help with and only the therapists who focus on it stay in view.

  • Fees and insurance in plain words

Your rates, the plans you take, out-of-network and sliding scale, cancellations and the Good Faith Estimate notice.

  • A consultation form that protects privacy

It asks for practical details only (who it is for, format, payment, times) and reminds people not to share health details.

  • Online booking and a client portal

Paste your SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, Jane or Calendly link and every button opens it.

  • A one-minute breathing pause

A gentle circle visitors start themselves. Nothing moves until they press start.

  • Crisis information built in

A 988 box on Contact, New clients and in every footer.

10 pages, ready for your words

Make it yours in the builder

No code and no design skills. Simple steps, and your site changes in the preview as you go.

The builder at the “Tell it about your practice” step: the editing panel on the left and a live preview of the site on the right
Tell it about your practice. Your practice name, email and phone, your office and where you’re licensed, plus your booking and client portal links. Consultation requests come to your email.
The builder at the “Edit your home page, part by part” step: the editing panel on the left and a live preview of the site on the right
Edit your home page, part by part. Open a part to change its words and photos, or switch it off. The preview jumps to the part you are working on.
The builder at the “Introduce your therapists” step: the editing panel on the left and a live preview of the site on the right
Introduce your therapists. A card and a page for each therapist: their photo, story, focus, training and license, and whether they are taking new clients.
The builder at the “Check it and go live” step: the editing panel on the left and a live preview of the site on the right
Check it and go live. A short checklist shows anything left to do, with a Fix button beside each item. Then choose your web address and publish.
  • Saves as you go: Every change is saved for you.
  • See it as you go: Watch your site change as you type, on a computer or phone screen.
  • No fake content goes live: Sample words and photos are marked until you replace them.
  • Change it any time: Edit and publish again whenever you like.

Good questions

Something else? Ask us anything.

Is it safe to put a contact form on a therapy website?

The form asks for practical details only, such as who therapy is for, in person or online, how they plan to pay and what times work, and it tells people not to share health details. Anything clinical happens later in your own client portal.

Does it work for a group practice?

Yes. Add a card and a page for each therapist, with their own focus and whether they are taking new clients. Visitors can filter by what they want help with. Working solo? Keep one therapist.

Can I link my booking software?

Yes. Paste the booking link from SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, Jane, Calendly or any other tool and your “Book a free consultation” buttons open it. Without one, visitors send a request from your contact form.

Why are there no client testimonials?

Ethics codes and many state licensing boards restrict therapists from asking for or posting testimonials, so this template speaks in your own voice instead: your story, your approach and your therapists’ words.

Do I need to know how to design or code?

No. You fill in the builder step by step and watch your site change as you go. Every word, photo and color can be changed, and nothing needs code.

How much does it cost?

$20 a month, or $200 a year (two months free). That includes hosting, SSL, updates and your inquiry inbox. A new domain is extra if you buy one through us.

Do I pay before I start building?

Yes. You choose your plan first, and the builder opens right after checkout. Your site only goes live when you publish it, and you can cancel any time.
